This week was the first listening forum hosted by Systemic Change of Idaho. The forum included people from the Department of Corrections and the Department of Labor, but the bulk of people there were people like Mark, people who are in the system and want to affect change!
Mark also talks about what Systemic Change of Idaho is and what he hopes to achieve through SCOI.
