Contact Info & support

The St. Vincent de Paul Reentry Conference is an interfaith volunteer group who provide assistance to men and women recently released from prison. The mission is to support and to promote a successful transition back to society. Many members of this conference have been formerly incarcerated or have had family incarcerated. This way, conference members better understand the unique challenges of reentry and can provide resources to match client’s needs.

REENTRY conference Support

If you are recently released from prison and in need of assistance, please fill out our help line form. Make sure to clearly state that you are looking for a reentry home visit. That way we can connect you with the correct home visit conference. Learn more about our reentry services here.

The heart of our ministry is the home visit. We go in pairs of two out and meet the individual wherever they are living or staying. We listen to their needs and struggles. From there, we provide various assistance and bring a wealth of information on other resources.

All this action aims to break the chain of recidivism.  In three years, 66% of released inmates are rearrested. This is an alarming statistic that we are committed to change. Together, we can make a real impact in peoples lives and cut down on this rate.
