Your donation to rent and utility support provides a critical lifeline for these individuals, helping them stay in their homes, maintain access to essential services, and avoid the devastating impact of homelessness.

At St. Vincent de Paul, we specialize in providing personalized assistance through our Home Visits. We prioritize helping individuals and families maintain stable housing situations. Through our personal approach, our Home Visitors gain a unique perspective that enables them to offer additional assistance that may be needed, like food or clothing and furniture vouchers.
Our primary focus is on preventing homelessness by providing direct assistance, including help with utility bills and rent when eviction is imminent. When individuals or families in need reach out to us through our Help Line, St. Vincent de Paul volunteers visit them in their homes to determine how we can best assist them.

Become a Home Visitor
Our volunteers who provide home visits are called Vincentians. The Vincentians share, with those in need, the simple fellowship of a listening ear and a caring heart in addition to the material assistance. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul helps all in need without judgment, it’s in our nature to help.
